Eugene Albert, born and raised in San Francisco and now residing in Berlin, is an artist on the rise. With a musical passion ignited first by electro, a move to Bologna in 2009 introduced him to the deeper shades of house.
Eugene's first solo productions as Yooj saw their release this summer and quickly garnered a host big name support. Today he takes another major step in his production career with the release of "Mademoiselle." The Yooj original is a deep, atmospheric and throbbing builder and comes backed by a stunning remix by Martin Buttrich.
Making his Monique debut Desolat main man Buttrich steps up and takes us on a ride. Staying true to the original, Martin polishes and smoothes, adding extra bite to the bass, but still allowing it to sooth and caress. Beautiful stuff!
